Phil Remmers drafts estate plans, probates estates, and administers trusts.  He assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions and developments. 

His practice includes assisting corporate clients with the initial organization, information, and ongoing administration of corporate entities.

He performs substantial transactional planning with an emphasis on taxation. 

He also represents the elderly on a variety of issues including medicaid planning and guardianships.

His bar admissions include the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the United States Tax Court.

Attorney Remmers became a Certified Public Accountant, 1989. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council, the Waukesha County Probate Section, and the State Bar of Wisconsin Elder Law Section.

Attorney Remmers received a B.A. in Accounting from Augustana College in 1988 and a Juris Doctor degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1995, graduating with honors. He joined Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes in 1995 and later became a partner in the firm.
