John Remmers concentrates his practice in all areas of corporate and business law matters, including the areas of business acquisitions and dispositions, business succession planning and business restructuring, and corporate and partnership taxation. He has extensive experience counseling business owners, developers, and management in a variety of business and tax-related matters.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bar Association Taxation Section, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Waukesha County Bar Association Probate Section. He is also a past president of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council.

His bar admissions include the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the United States Tax Court.

He joined Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes in 1985 and later became a partner.

Attorney Remmers received a B.A. degree from Bradley University where he graduated, cum laude, in 1982. In 1985, he received an M.A. degree (Accounting - Taxation) from Southern Illinois University and a Juris Doctor degree, with honors.
