Pete Plaushines joined Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes in 1988 and later became a partner. He specializes in

  • General white collar criminal litigation

He has been a Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney, an instructor at the Waukesha County Technical College, and, since 1986, has served as Waukesha County Court Commissioner.

His bar admissions include: the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Waukesha Bar Association, and the Milwaukee Bar Association.

After earning an B.A. degree from Ripon College in 1974, Attorney Plaushines went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 1979 and an M.B.A. from Marquette University in 1980.
