Mark Andringa drafts estate plans, probates estates, administers trusts, establishes guardianships, and counsels the elderly on a variety of issues.  He assists clients with residential, vacant land, and commercial real estate transactions and developments.

His practice also includes assisting corporate clients with the formation and ongoing administration of their corporate entities, acquisitions and sales, and review and drafting of contracts, including, but not limited to, employment agreements.  He represents local banks and borrowers.

He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Waukesha County Probate Section, and the Wisconsin State Bar Elder Law Section.

He is a past president of the Waukesha County Probate Section, and a past director of Family Service of Waukesha.

His bar admissions include the Wisconsin State Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Attorney Andringa graduated, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1989, receiving a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing. He later attended Marquette University Law School where he received a Juris Doctor degree in 1992. He joined Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes in 2001 and later became a partner in the firm.
