Richard R. Kobriger

Rick Kobriger represents small- and medium-sized businesses, real estate developers, and financial institutions. He assists his clients in organizing new businesses, acquiring and selling established businesses, and providing effective counsel to help his clients succeed.

He has been the lead attorney for over 50 single-family subdivisions, as well as condominiums, shopping centers, apartment complexes and commercial developments, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders. He represents clients in sales, acquisitions, annexations, zoning, financing and construction throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

He is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association.

After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in 1976, graduating magna cum laude, Mr. Kobriger attended Marquette University Law School where he was a member of the Marquette Law Review. He received a Juris Doctor degree in 1980.

Mr. Kobriger joined Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes in 1980.
