Attorney Daniel John Habeck
Partner
Dan Habeck works with clients regarding a variety of commercial issues,
including contracting, municipal and regulatory compliance, credit and
creditor’s rights issues, and secured transactions. He regularly works
with municipalities, financial institutions, automobile dealers, and
landowners.
He is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin State Supreme Court,
the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts
of Wisconsin, and the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Illinois.
He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is president-elect of the Waukesha County Bar Association. He is past chairperson of the Waukesha County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. In both 2006 and 2007, he was named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer® Rising Star.
Dan is also a director of the Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation (WCEDC).
After receiving a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University in 1995, graduating with honors, Dan attended the University of Wisconsin Law School. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1998 and joined Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes after graduation.
